We appreciate your support! This ticketing service is specifically for reporting bugs and providing feedback.

Important Notes

  • Only send bug reports or feedback in the #general-report channel.

  • Tickets not related to bugs or relevant feedback will be closed immediately without a response.

  • Slow transactions are also NOT considered bugs.

  • For general chat or compliments, please use the #tokians-chat channel.

Caution

Before creating a ticket, be sure to read the FAQ page. Additionally, many issues can be quickly resolved by reviewing the following items before submitting a bug report:

  1. Sufficient Token Balance Make sure you have enough tokens for the transaction.

  2. Reconnecting Your Wallet Try reconnecting or restarting it.

  3. Verifying the RPC URL Make sure you’re using a valid and up-to-date RPC URL. Try switching to a different RPC if you suspect issues with your current one.

  4. Confirming Transaction Success Sometimes, a transaction may show as “Failed” but is actually successful. Check the transaction status in a block explorer (e.g., Etherscan, BscScan) to confirm.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please follow the ticket creation process below.

How to Send a Bug Report or Feedback in the #general-report Channel

  1. Click “Create Ticket” In the #general-report channel, click the “Create Ticket” button.

  2. Fill in the Information and Submit

    A form will pop up. Please include:

    • A clear summary of the bug or feedback

    • Any relevant details (browser, operating system, wallet, etc.)

    • Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)

  3. You’ll be Invited to a New Ticket Channel

    A private channel named something like #ticket-xxxx will be created. You’ll automatically join it.

  4. Send Screenshots and Details In your new ticket channel, please upload screenshots—especially those showing the error messages or warnings in your developer tools console.

To help us troubleshoot effectively, please take screenshots of your browser’s developer tools console.

  • Keyboard Shortcuts

    • Mac: Option + Command + J

    • Windows: Control + Shift + J

  • Via Browser Menu

    1. Go to More Tools > Developer Tools

    2. Click the Console tab (often located at the top of the dev tools panel)

    3. Reproduce the bug or error, and then take a screenshot of the console showing the messages or errors
