Inquiry About Asset Loss

Summary

  • Read the guidelines before creating a ticket.

  • Click “Create Ticket” in the appropriate channel and fill out the details in the Discordarrow-up-right server.

This ticketing service is specifically for inquiries related to asset loss that occurs from transfers, pool additions/removals, etc.

Important Notes

  • Only send assert loss inquiry in the #asset-loss-inquiry channel.

  • Bug reports or feedback should go to the #general-reports channel.

  • Tickets not related to asset loss will be closed immediately without a response.

If you have any inquiries related to fund transfers, such as:

  • Transfer

  • Pool Add/Remove

  • Resume

  • Claim

Please create your ticket in the #asset-loss-inquiry channel. Separating these from general issues allows us to address them with higher priority.

  1. Click “Create Ticket” In the #asset-loss-inquiry channel, click the “Create Ticket” button.

  2. Fill in the Information and Submit

    A form will pop up. We recommend including the following fields to facilitate a smoother investigation.

    • Category (e.g., Transfer, Pool, Claim, etc.)

    • Wallet Address

    • Tx Hash

    • Time of Occurrence

  3. You’ll Be Invited to a New Ticket Channel

    A new channel named something like #ticket-xxxx will be created for you to upload screenshots and details. We may refine the ticket form over time to better address asset-loss-related reports.
