The Resume feature enables you to resume and complete cross-chain transactions that have partially failed.
You risk losing your funds permanently if a failed transaction is not resumed within the time limit. Therefore, you must complete the resume action within about 1 week of the original transaction to secure your funds. There are no additional fees for resuming a failed transaction.
If you continue to encounter errors, please contact us.
If the transaction status in the Transaction History shows Failed, you must resume a transaction.
Begin by accessing your Transaction History page through the main navigation menu.
Within your transaction history, Failed transactions are clearly marked with an error status indicator. Additional details can be viewed by hovering over the status.
Once you've identified the failed transaction, click the "Resume" button to access the Resume modal.
In the Resume modal, verify the following information:
Expiry date and time
Time of the original transaction
Transaction type (Transfer, etc.)
Transaction hash
Chain submitted
After confirming all transaction details are correct, proceed with the resume process by clicking the "Resume Transaction" button at the bottom of the modal. Once initiated, you can track the new transaction status in your transaction history.
If you encounter multiple failures while attempting to resume your transaction, please reach out to our team on Discord. TOKI Discord: https://discord.com/invite/Nd3S2wKNFk
Case 1: Insufficient Liquidity During your transaction, the liquidity amount might be significantly reduced due to large transfers within a short period or substantial liquidity removal for various reasons.
Case 2: Insufficient Native Tokens The relayer may lack enough native tokens required on the destination chain to execute transactions.
Case 3: Errors by 3rd Party Errors may arise from third parties like stablecoins, DEX applications, or blockchains working with TOKI.
