How to send us feedback

While in testnet, please use the #testnet-bug-report discord channel to share your feedback about TOKI

For bug escalation, please check first the Before Create Ticket and Issues being investigated and fixed if your problem is not inside follow the below tutorial to send us a bug report.

Go to the #testnet-bug-report channel in discord
Click on "Create ticket"
A modal will appear, this is where you can escalate the issue you are facing.
This will create a new channel reference as “#ticket-xxxxx”. This private channel will let you communicate directly with us. You can upload any images in this channel.

What kind of screenshot we would like to receive

• Open your browser development tool

  • If you're using Chrome, press 'option' + 'command' + 'I', or follow the instructions below.

      • Then select the console tab at the top

      • You should have a page looking like the one below

Then you are ready to take screenshots when you find a bug or any problem you'd like to share with us. please share screenshots as explained, it will help us to tackle problems faster.
