Why does the transaction take a long time?

• Since security and integrity are our top priorities as a cross-chain infrastructure, we always wait for the finality of each source blockchain to protect liquidity providers' funds.

  • This means transactions starting from Ethereum take about 12 minutes or more, while other paths will be completed in a matter of seconds including transactions among L2s that we are currently working on.

• The displayed time is only an estimate.

Why is the gas fee so high?

• The high gas fees aren’t caused by TOKI itself, but are often due to increasing gas prices.

Why does the transaction appear as 'Failed' on MetaMask, even though it has actually succeeded?

• It may depend on the RPC URL you are using.

  • Please check the status of the RPC URL (How ?)

Why did the "Approve" and "Transfer" fail ?

There are several possible reasons for transaction failures.

Here are some recommended actions to resolve them:

• Ensure you have enough funds (TBNB, Sepolia ETH) in your wallet. Usually, 0.033 TBNB (transfer from BSC to ETH) and 0.001 Sepolia ETH (transfer from ETH to BSC) are required for a single transaction.

• Prioritize using MetaMask Wallet. If you are already using MetaMask, try reconnecting your wallet.

• Verify that the RPC URL is correct. (How?)

Why did the faucet fail ?

There are several possible reasons for faucet failures.

You can try resolving the issue by following these steps:

• Prioritize using MetaMask Wallet. If you are already using MetaMask, try reconnecting your wallet.

• Verify that the RPC URL is correct. (How?)

• If the steps above don't resolve the issue, please report the issue by creating a ticket in the#testnet-bug-report channel on our Discord.

How to verify the RPC URL ?

• Access Chainlist to check.

• Change to a different RPC URL if necessary.
